Information Needed Please !

I know its difficult but I'm a Mod on a site provided by Xen

It appears to have crashed - I have no reason why. BUT - I'm being chased by Members after info. All the Error Message says is that the site is down due to a "faulty hard drive". I find this a tad difficult to believe

Is it possible to find out what's happening.

If its a money issue we may be able to fix that. But we can't do anything without knowing the problem. Paul's only contact is via this site !

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Guys - new here. I'm a (the) mod on a site (not the owner) and came looking for some ideas/answers. I currently have someone telling me they can't access "edit" in the "Inbox" function. Is there a way I can search for this type of problem on here - without asking naïve/simple questions...
