Inform New Members Their Account is Pending for Approval?

On my forum, we require to approve each member before they get full privileges on our site. I just recently registered on a xenforo forum that also requires an approval, and thinking like a regular person that haven't used xenforo i noticed that there is no notification or anything stating that my account is still pending for approval. To the average joe, they might think that they have full privileges since they are in the forum and already registered, so is there a way to can inform our new members that are still pending approval? How about editing certain phrases with a bright message under the text stating that their account is still pending?

The notice system would do that.

Create a new notice, and set it to display to members pending aproval

Admin CP > Home > List Notices > Create New > Fill it in.
