XF 1.3 individual user permission problem

Hi for some reason some of my members permissions have been set to "no" for everything. We thought it was maybe the spam cleaning which i have no disabled completely but there is nothing in the spam cleaner log.

The member also isn't banned.

When you look in his profile in admin hes set to the correct usergroup and valid etc.

changing usergroup does nothing, when you analyze he permissions everything no. I have had this also with some new members who have signed up and immediately had all permissions denied.

anyone know why or at least how to reset their permission to comply with their usergroup quickly

What are the results of the permissions analyser?

Where is no coming from?

the permissions for the user group "member" allow the above

The user appears to be a member of the "Member" user group only and the permission isn't set for that group.

ok thanks for you help,

switched his primary usergroup to a different usergroup and then back to member and all permissions gone back to normal.

Its what i will have to do in future with any other members with this problem. not sure whats caused it though

Typically problems such as this are due to add-ons.
Do you have any installed which are related to signing up, users/groups or permissions?
