XF 2.2 index redirects to install

Hello, I just installed self-hosting and everything has gone very very smooth. When I went to view the front-end at .../community (the path I installed it to) it redirects me to the installation file again. This is probably an intuitive solution, I am wondering if I should delete the /upload file to resolve but I thought I might ask before doing anything that might break a fresh install. I was trying to find this information in the install manual, but there was no reference to post-install cleanup.

The index page loads fine for me, so you are likely just hitting a cached result.

Try hard clearing your browser.

There is no post install clean up required and no files or directories should be deleted.
