Fixed Indent BB code use description

It's not exactly a bug, but maybe it's a cleaner way (from my view point) to put the description of use of this BB code on help pages. In fact, it is the form used by the editor.

In case it is changed, I do not know if it could be applied to version 1.5

New possible code on bb_code_help_indent_example phrase:

Regular text
[INDENT]Indented text[/INDENT]
[INDENT=2]More indented[/INDENT]

Given that it's more readable and it's the output the editor creates anyway, I agree this change makes sense, so we've added that to the next release. Thank you.
