Increasing the height of the navigation tabs

Hi,

Could someone please tell me how to increase the height of the navigation bar tabs? Kier said here that its Style properties > Header and Navigation > Header Tab Height- has this option been moved somewhere else?

Its still there,

Style properties > Header and Navigation > Settings > Header Tab Height (Its the last field there)

Remember to have the settings tab selected on the side.
