Fixed Incorrect pagination for prefix filter

For example
https://xenforo.com/community/resources/?prefix_id=1

It shows 146 pages, but that's wrong. When going to page 3 or later, you'll get an error that there are no more resources to display.

It's not running the count query in certain situations. I believe this is done as an optimization. It does run it as expected when there's a price filter, but it may not detect the prefix filter as a case where it needs to run the query.
