hey guys, so so far I've switched my files over from the old server to the new one and I created a DNS Record for it, so I want to know if I'm all set or if there's more I need to do?

@Amaury wants to be a part of this convo too just an fyi

Depending on host there usually is a migration option for new customers. You may want to check.

Otherwise you will also need to transfer the database and update your details in the config.php to correspond with your new setup.

Yes as Steve said, most hosts offer a cPanel -> cPanel transfer, most cases for free too.

Assuming you are using a control panel, transferring your files normally won't get your databases, your emails, etc. You will definitely want to ask your host to do this for you.
