Lack of interest imposes different language to specific forums as imposes style for specific forums for members

i hope giving choice to choose to Override different language to specific forums, as Override user style choice for specific forums

I'm not sure I understand the value of forcing the user to read a particular section of the site in a specific language? (It would change all of the "chrome" around the page for example.)

i would create forum arab francophone , for example 20 forums arab community and 20 french forum , when the member enter to arabic forum the forum should be with arabic langauge , and frensh language for frensh forum
i hope my point is very clarify for now
