Not a bug Importer does not convert linked forums

The importer only imports the actual links from linked forums, but fails to connect these links to the forums they point to.
For example:
a vbulletin linked forum has this link url:
domain.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=413
Obviously this links to the forum with forumID 413 and should therefore link to the same node in xenforo.
Instead it keeps the old link which is a dead link after migration.

That's really beyond the scope of something an importer can do. We have no idea what you're pointing to, whether it should be changed, etc.

Is it not possible to include a check if the link is an internal link pointing to a node?

You can al ways install the redirect scripts. That should take care of the old links
