Fixed importer can't handle a user with both a duplicate username and email address

vB 3.8.2 -> xF 1.0.0b5

The merge works fine. But when I opt to manually deal with conflicts I get a situation where it keeps reloading the page on submit and alternates between the action for the username and email address.

Fixed now, you can change both values at once.
