XF 2.2 Import is Importing to much

I have just done a few Imports all with same results. That content is imported that was excluded from the list

See first and last screen. Also the Forums imported are not accessible. I striped them of permissions and made sure the where accessible by all.
We is this??

If you are importing into an XF instance which has previously been imported into, that content will remain and you will keep importing more content on top.

You need a blank XF to import into.

Some other steps are prerequisites and will automatically be included.

I understand. I imported a clean database and Imported from vB again.
There was no sign of any content
