XF 2.0 Import and synch Wordpress users into Xenforo

I have a Wordpress site with 300~ users.
How can I import them into Xenforo and then keep the two users list synchronize?

As I undestood, XenWord can "send" Xenforo users into Wordpress. I can configure user in Xenforo and it will be Wordpress user as well but not vise versa as I need.

@rimonh, indeed XenWord is not suitable for your purpose because it disables WordPress authentication in favour of XenForo authentication (master). Part of the setup is you have to edit all your WordPress user IDs to match XenForo. Not good for your existing 300 users.

I think [bd] API by @xfrocks is more suitable as you can do 2-way sync both ways needing to edit your WordPress database:

But XenForo 2 version is not yet available, so probably just keep an eye on it ..
