Fixed Images are not optimized before upload if no resizing is required

If image optimization is enabled but no maximum width and height has been configured, images are not optimized on the client.

Converting to WebP on the client no matter if resizing is required or not can significantly speed up uploads of large images so this IMHO should be done.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.3).

Perform client-size image optimization even when no maximum image width/height is set
