XF 1.5 ImageMagick PECL extension

I would like to migrate my forum.
The test forum is ready with the new host, working excellently except animated avatars.

On the current forum attachments are set to use ImageMagick:


On the test forum I cannot use ImageMagick, it's greyed out:

After my enquiry to the host the answer is:

The pecl imagick is already installed on the server. Can you provide insight into how your software is detecting it so we can isolate why it can not find it?

That option is greyed out if:

!class_exists('Imagick')

Can I edit it somewhere or the host has to do it?
I did not edit anything for the current forum.

The test forum is vanilla, one user only.

The option is greyed about because the extension isn't installed or enabled. The hosts need to look at this again.
