I've attached an patch, you'll need to unzip it and replace the enclosed js/xf/attachment_manager-compiled.js file, which should resolve this. You'll want to rebuild the master data and/or clear your browser cache to pick up the changes, too.

Today, I have had several members report this issue as well.

It is happening with any new image uploaded. Would rebuilding master data resolve this once and for all, or will we need to keep doing that until there is a bug fix @Jeremy P ?

Rebuilding master data will resolve it.

Edit:
I assumed you already did Jeremy's patched JS file. If it doesn't work, rebuilding the master data would ensure it.
