Let's say I ignored @XenForo !!
Although it works fine and I don't see it's content, but still, in forums list page, its name and avatar will be displayed as the latest poster:
Not sure if it can be called a bug or it is as expected, but isn't it better to add a filter for that part to show the latest not-ignored poster's name and avatar there?
Actually, when you decided to ignore a user, you usually are tired of that user and prefer not to see his activities anywhere anymore
