As designed [Ignore System] Missing content warning

Jeremy

in memoriam 1991-2020
If you click on the link to a thread posted by a user you ignore (without #post delimiter), it doesn't show a "You are ignoring content from this user." message. To me, the two links are synonymous, but I can understand if you say its the same. I think it'd be a good idea for consistency sake.

Do you mean navigating directly to a post made by an ignored user?

If so, that's by design as far as I am aware.

Although a few things were changed with regards to handling ignored content after the first implementation, so I could be wrong...

Whether that message appears is basically entirely down to the #post-1234 part of the URL. So, effectively I'd say this is by design.

I was referring to navigating to specifically the thread, which is started by an ignored user. So no #post-id at the end, which Mike says is what its based on. Understandable.
