If a member tries to ignore a Content Moderator, and the moderator is not set as Staff, nothing appears to happen. However if you refresh the ignore list page the moderator is listed as ignored.
Expected behavior is to throw the error overlay when selecting a content moderator to be ignored, or have their name immediately displayed in the ignore list as would any normal member when you add them to your ignore list.
