XF 2.2 If someone purchases an upgrade via paypal eCheck...when does the user show up as an 'active upgrade'?

So a user paid for an upgrade on my site via eCheck/paypal,. I only have the paypal gateway enabled, so the eCheck hasn't cleared yet, and as such, the user isn't listed as an 'active upgrade' yet. Will they show up under active upgrades when the eCheck clears? Also, does their 'upgrade' start the day the check clears? or the day they sent it (today)?

Once the echeck clears, paypal should send an IPN to the site which will confirm the payment and trigger the upgrade.

Not sure on that one - I've never seen the upgrade logs for an echeck purchase and haven't checked the code.

Edit: I just checked our license purchasing system and assuming it behaves the same, the date should be from when the payment clears and notification is sent back to XF to trigger the upgrade.
