Design issue If not conversation starter, name isn't updated on Name Change

I got a name change. The conversations which I started (1 and 4) have my new name. The conversations which I didn't start, but whom someone else changed, still have my old name.

It's generally not feasible to change that (efficiently) as that data is cached.
