I work on Mineplex.com, and we're having an issue with iCloud emails. We currently have over 30K users and all email services work perfectly and don't flag our emails at all. On the other hand, iCloud emails are completely blocking our emails (not even moving them to junk, they just dont reach them). We're not getting any bounced emails logs.
Earlier in development we ran into issues with emails since we didn't have the right SPF record, and some rDNS issues but those are all fixed (as you can see on the mxtoolbox link). We're using the default method for emails. So I was wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot this? Find out what's happening?
