XF 1.2 I cant upgrade

I am trying to upgrade to 1.3 but it keeps saying there is no upgrade available. I reuploaded the files 3 or 4 times.

It says I have 1.2.1

Then you're either uploading the version 1.2.1 files again, or you're uploading the 1.3 files to the wrong location.

Ok so I downloaded this file xenforo_1.3.4_C7009330D0_upgrade.zip. I unzip it and open the uploads folder. I copy all the files in the uploads file to the root section on the website.

Are there any errors in the FTP client indicating files failing to upload? Have you tried any other FTP clients? If not, try another FTP client.

Nope no errors all seems to upload fine. I will try WinSCP

change your host. Some hosts you can't use. If you are using hosting24 which is a freebie move to something else like cloudaccess.net

Fixed it. I used Cpanel to upload and extract it and it is now working
