After you associate your forum account with your customer account, you need to wait up to 10 minutes for the change to be updated.

Yer... that's what got me when they opened yesterday.... putting name in account first, then waiting for cron to run. I thought I did something wrong, then figured it would be cron performed.

Might be a good idea to note that on the form where you enter your username...
