XF 1.5 I can not redirecto to www

Mine is similar to your first one, it works fine (except I push to https and add www at the same time, but remove the 's' in https and it's identical to yours.
Code:
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
#redirect to www and https
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [R=301,L]

#redirect http to https
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

etc

</IfModule>

What does the rest of your .htaccess file look like? Edit out any revealing info

the basic..

Code:
# Mod_security can interfere with uploading of content such as attachments. If you
# cannot attach files, remove the "#" from the lines below.

    # of the rewrite to reflect the path to your XenForo installation.
    #RewriteBase /xenforo

My site is under a dedicated server.

Where are you placing that http redirect line? i.e. post your entire actual .htaccess file

At the end of the document.
