Cannot reproduce HTML widget doesn't use the list order in Advanced Mode

I've created a HTML widget with a js code that works without a problem. However, If i set-up the order "1" for this widget, it still appears last after all other widgets. Even if I set-up order "40" for all, this widget will be last regardless. This happens only when I tick "Advanced mode" so the widget won't be contained in a block. If I disable Advanced mode, it works as desired.
