XF 1.2 HTML in Phrases?

I cannot for the life of me get this to work. Is there an option somewhere to turn it on?

It's a phrase for an add-on, Sportsbook.

I have searched, and came across this, I assume it has something to do with this:

You'd likely need to ask the add-on developer. In some situations, HTML is specifically designed to not be allowed (though again, this is really only the dynamic phrases).
