How to update from 1.4.x to 1.5 step by step ?

Upgrade instructions are here: Upgrades | XenForo

Essentially you download the upgrade .zip from your customer area, extract and upload the files, then navigate to the /install path.

Should I use Forum admin contacts or Community credentials ?

It's ok to use Forum Admin credential .. no more questions

If you are using a third party add-on installer you will need to post in the thread for support.

Otherwise if doing a standard upgrade, use your administrator account log in.
