XF 1.4 How to undo batch update?

I was consolidating sub forums using the thread batch update tool. I did not notice the option "any" preselected so now my entire forum is moved. How do I undo this?

I don't think it's possible without a backup.

Thanks, that's exactly the solution. Is there a way to uncheck the default "any"?
