XF 1.5 How to stop all member payments?

we are in need to stop all member payments who pay us monthly and annual via the xenforo, how is this possible?

We are not using any addon for this.

Assuming those members have set up recurring payments in PP, they will need to cancel the subscriptions themselves.

We have over like a hundred. . . we are not going to be providing a service anymore so we need to stop it on our end. Telling them to do it isnt really an option.... - @Mike I would have to do it on my end within Paypal? Im not sure how to go about that or would I have to manually go into each subscriber?

I believe you can select all and cancel from the recurring payments dashboard in PP.
