XF 2.2 How to show cover photo without it as an attachment in article 'Preview'?

But on my forum, it will show the attachment.



Is this a template edit or is there an option to not show attachments if there's only 1 (the "cover photo")?

Not sure if this is what you're asking but attach the image to the post then do this:

It looks like that would happen if you used the attach button at the bottom instead of the image button at the top of the editor which (as above)should default to full. So yes if it was added via the attach button you will need to edit and click on full image instead of thumbnail.
