XF 1.2 How to setup a Group Banner to a new User Group?

Hi,

I just opened a new group and added a few members into it, group name called: Developers.

My question is, how can I create a similar banner/badge like I have as a "Staff Member: here:


So the developers will have their own badge..

Edit the user group and add the banner name and select the style.
