XF 1.3 How to repay for license and get help upgrading

Hi,

I was here latest 2013 and needs to pay for new license again, how do I do that ?

I checked if there were a section were I could putin for a job request etc but couldnt find it.
So I would like to ask for someone to set it all up for me. Update it and modify settings etc. I also need a little logo using a theme from pixelexit.

OK, Brogan explained below where to go and post a custom service request, so I will go there.

You can login to your customer area here Customer Login | XenForo and then use the 'Purchase extras/extensions' to renew your license.

Zynephix, I tried to login to Customer Login | XenForo and I tried all my email addresses to recover the password but none of all my email addresses worked.
I even tried my cpanel admin email address but it was not it. This is what I dreaded when thinking about finally set it up.

What to do ?

I would say use a ticket but that requires logging in, maybe the contact form or contact one of the staff members and provide payment information, they may be able to help recover it if so that way.

@Brogan can advise better.

Check your spam folder if you have performed a password reset.
The email may have ended up there.
