XF 2.1 How to remove the History button below posts?

Not a problem, was able to throw it together quickly.

Under options - logging options, uncheck edit history tracking.

Interesting. If that option is off, does it still record changes, so you could re enable the option and see if there was any changes in the specified time period?

No idea, I presume it turns it off altogether. I only have messages set to 5 mins for editing so have never wanted to see whats been edited within that time frame

So I suppose I could still leave the addon available, I’ll check it out later and see.

Okay tested this out. If you uncheck the history option, then indeed the edit history is not stored.

So the addon is still viable to those who just wish to hide the button, but may still want to view the history at some point.

My main interest was indeed to hide the button. But out of curiosity, with the button hidden, how would you check the edit history?

Disable the addon, check the history, then re-enable. Or as suggested above.
