XF 2.2 How to paginate "new posts" widget?

I have successfully created a new posts widget that appears on a category page. However, there exists no pagination settings. https://www.seikoforum.com/categories/seikoforum-com-community.12/

How do I add the pagination found on the default "what's new" posts widget? Thank you in advance for any help.
