XF 2.0 How to move members to approved groups?

Hello,

I want to have a query or a way to move members who have more than 20 posts then will be moved to Approved groups or premium members group.

How can I do this?

After I created a promotion for this, it will run via a cron? and users will be moved to targeted group?

If I delete that promotion, users were moved to the group will not be back to old group?

Promotions are governed by a routine cron task which runs every hour. Only recently active members will be promoted.
