How to Manage Advertisers? What software?

    I am looking on how to manage advertisers instead of dealing with a zillion emails. Example:

    • -Have submission forms so they can fill in new info that they want us to put up on the website, email newsletters, attach new banners and so on - this will get submitted to the system.
    • -We as the forum can reply if we have any questions and add attachments of their stats (since our stats uses different systems such as email marketing and/or banner ad server etc.
    • Something that is organized showing per month or x.x amount of days they have until advertising is up.

    What would be the best way? I was thinking more the lines of some help desk software, unless you guys got a better idea? Not sure if theres anything specific to look for?

    Most banner ad programs have much of this stuff built in...that is, they (or you) can set budgets for banners, length, upload new stuff, etc.....
