XF 1.4 How to make a node only visible to certain users?

Hi People.

I would like to make a new node that is only visible to "friends"

I have made a new usergroup called friends. And the new node. I have edited the permissions for it to be visible for admins and those who are members of the "friends" group, but I cannot see the node when logged in, either as admin, or user with the "Friend" permissions.

Any ideas?
