XF 2.1 How to install using Plesk

I've been trying for days now to get xenforo up using Plesk. I have no idea how to do it,
it's nothing like using cuteftp which is just name and password and away you go.

Please someone give me some understandable instructions how to upload xenforo to Plesk

I would love to just migrate my existing .co.uk across but I have no idea how to do that either.

Just purchase the domain, add it to the server, move the XF files to the new directory on the server, update the Board URL in the XF ACP.

It should take a few minutes.

I have purchased the domain and can see it and the IP on the Websites & Domains of Plesk but no idea how I move the files across
