XF 2.0 How to have moderator tools like this?

Hello,

When I click Moderator Tools on a Mod user, I can see this

But on other Mod user ( different Mod group) I only see this

(2)

How can I get Moderator tools like picture (1) for a member. What permission should I care here?

I checked and set same permissions for two groups but could not solve that.
Honestly I am checking on two 2 demo sites, a site updated from xen 1.5 {1} to Xen 2
and a site update by importing pure Xen 2 source from a Xen 2 forum {2}.

And site {2} is showing as picture (1) which I wanted. I don't know what to set and make site {1} work as {2} now.

This has nothing to do with the group, the user needs the permissions set explicitly to them.

I have set all same applies for user groups and user group permissions in Groups & Permissions but not success.

I think the ban member requires the "manage user" admin permission. Not sure for XF2

No, if the moderator is a super moderator they can be assigned the ban permission.
