XF 2.1 How to get Google to display "Post and author count" of a thread

I've seen certain forums running XenForo show "Post and author count" for thread urls on Google search. (See attachment)

How can one achieve something like this?

Do you know what forum software that result was from? I don't see it on our results.

They are using XenForo
