XF 1.1 How to find IP address of someone who hasn't posted?

I need to find an IP address of someone who has not posted yet.

The account was older than 30 days and left the spam cleaner criteria. I extended the spam cleaner criteria to 60 days, but the registration IP did not show up.

In your ACP, Users -> Find User -> IP Addresses tab

edit: Please note that I did check with some older users with no posts before I answered this. If it's not what you need it's outside system limitations and probably needs a Brogan.
