How to extend the view

I have a paid add-on and I would like to extend it's view to members card, how hard is it going to be and how many files do I have to modify?

No, the add-on show icons on message_user_info template I want to show it on the member card as well, when I include the template manually nothing shows because it doesn't have the required view params.
