MG 1.1 How to eliminate dead space on media page

I am interested in eliminating this dead space on the media pages. Any pointers?

It's not really possible.

That "dead space" is where the title and description block is, and it's in a standard position throughout XF.

I'm aware of that. Didn't know if you could limit it to the left.

Maybe it could be put into a block in the future?
