To do something special with only one thread in the whole forum (or maybe two) i need to mark this thread somehow.
To add a new field to xf_thread is probably a stupid idea with one thread xf_thread.special = 1 and the rest = 0.
I can ask for the thread_id somewhere, probably an if, then in a template would be enough, but this means that thousands and more times a day this if, then will be done without a need. (Maybe decreased by if forum_id== and then only if thread_id ==?
Anything else i cant imagine. Is there a more economic way to mark one single thread somehow, please?
