XF 1.3 How to clean up a mass of spam on XenForo?

I need to clean up a mass of spam posts & members. Hundreds of members have posted tens of thousands of posts. Somehow they got through xenforos spam settings.

I see that there is no way to select all threads on a page.
Is there any way to easily clean this up? Do I really need to go into every single thread and go through the spam cleaner steps? This will take weeks.

I hear ya Brogan, however does not escape me that its over complicating a very simple task is all I was saying.
I think XF is and amazing piece of software, however stuff like this does bother me time to time .
Some very basic actions just seem absent or require addons. That are present in other software that can't compare
to XF otherwise. I mean in a side my side with SMF, XF wins hands down. But some basic actions are a click away on SMF and
either do not exist or require extra actions XF and that kinda stuns me..
I know I am a newbie here, and not trying to rock the boat. But the perspective
from a newbie is different then all the many experienced people here .
Thanks for the advice and help. I won't comment further just wanted to give an opinion from a new user perspective too.
