how to change the frame traget

i have some forum inside iframe
i need when a user click on some links in the top bar
like Forums i need the page to open as whole

target frame
whole page

the default frame is same frame i think

what should i change in the style and which one

i tried to add target="_top" almost every where at the nav but still some links does not open in whole , like the options under the username
