how to change the frame traget

    i have some forum inside iframe
    i need when a user click on some links in the top bar
    like Forums i need the page to open as whole

    the default frame is same frame i think

    what should i change in the style and which one

    <a href="LINK HERE" target="_top">TEXT</a>
    That will open the link in the current window, breaking out of the frameset.
