XF 1.3 How To Change The Color Of The Profile Dropdown Form/Box

How do you change the color of the drop down box, form, or whatever it's called that drops down on the top right side of the page when you click on your Forums/and then name. Like right now, if I click on my name a form or box drops down. I figured out how to change the top of that form or box, but it's the part where it starts with , Personal Details, Signature, Contact Details, Privacy, Preferences, Alert Preferences, Avatar, External Accounts, Password, Your News Feed, Conversations, Alerts, Likes You've Received, Your Content, People You Follow, People Your Ignore. How to you change the color of that form or drop down box. Not the font on it, but the shade or background color. I have scoured these pages and nobody seems to know. Maybe someone can tell me.
