How rebuild the master style template modification

Hello, How rebuild the master style template modification please ?
I edit multiple templates mistakenly be thinking of a different style.

Go to: http://yoursite.com/install

There is an option that says "Rebuild Master Data".

Can you think of a reason why I might be getting a 403 error when trying to access my /install directory?
With a few of my current style issues, I'd like to try to rebuild my master style

Forgotten that I had set a rule in httpd.conf
